7-Step Plan
Most of our jobs follow a 7-step process from start to finish. It looks something like this.
- Free Consultation. Our contractors will visit your pool and go over your wants/needs. They will provide you with options and estimates to accomplish what you’re looking for.
- We will agree upon and sign a contract that is filed in our official records. Our company will contact you with information about the job, including the start date.
- Tile/Coping Removal. If you have existing tile/coping that needs to be removed, this is when it will be extracted.
- We will then proceed to install your coping and tile of choice.
- If you need new plaster, then our team will take this time to chip, cut and smooth out old plaster, preparing the surface for a new coat.
- We will then install a fresh layer of your new plaster of choice. We hand trawl to achieve superior smoothness and consistency throughout the pool.
- After this, if it is necessary, we may return to install self-leveling caulk. This would strengthen the bond between coping and the expansion joint.
